Big day back bash!

This Friday starting at 12 noon we have our "Big Day Back Bash". This is a fun filled afternoon to celebrate the community being back at together for the year. There will be a shared lunch, followed by a short assembly, and then fun filled water activities! Come along and join the fun!

I hope that you all have had a fantastic holiday!!!! I have been back for about two weeks now after enjoying two great weeks of Central Otago sun!!!!

Remember that we start back on Wednesday 1st February at 8.55am in the hall!!!! It will be great to see everyone! If you know of new enrolements and /or want to enroll we are back at school now!!!

Hi all, School as normal today after the shakes last night. We have been through the whole school and there is no damage. Take care.

Earth quake update 14 June 1pm

A big thank you to all of the staff, children and parents yesterday for the amazing response to the earthquakes yesterday. I was down in Dunedin for a funeral and got back late last night and am extremely proud of every one for their efforts.

I have been through the school this morning and it appears there is only minor cracking. The plan is to have the school thoroughly checked and if all is OK to open as soon as possible. Hopefully this will be tomorrow but we will have to wait and see if we can be inspected today.

When school opens all children are to bring their own bottled boiled water.
